The nursery shares the site and facilities of the main school, including its spacious hall, beautiful grounds and new indoor heated swimming pool. It has two outdoor play areas and large spacious playrooms, which are themed and offer a safe learning environment. Breakfast facilities are available and a mid morning fruit snack is provided for the under 3s. The school has excellent outdoor facilities and recently refurbished classrooms. Children have constant access to ICT equipment, all with Internet access. All the lower school classrooms have their own computers, and the whole school uses a dedicated ICT suite with interactive whiteboard. There is a school orchestra and choir. Pupils participate in many extra curricular activities, drama productions and various trips and excursions. The main sports taught are athletics, cricket, football, netball, rounders, tennis and gymnastics. The Early Years Centre is open for 50 weeks per year. Before and After School Care is available from 8am to 6pm. |
